2025 Arizona Fellows Meeting

Register today for the 2025 Arizona Fellows Meeting!
The meeting will start at noon with lunch at Northern Trust’s office, 3450 E. Sunrise Dr., Suite 100, in Tucson. After the meeting we will move to Sullivan’s Steakhouse and Fine Dining, at 1785 E. River Rd. for cocktails and hors d’oeuvres at 5:30, with dinner at 6:00.
There will be a number of excellent presentations, including discussion of Alternative Business Structures (ABSs) and how they actually work under Arizona’s relatively-new rules, creditors claims under Arizona’s spendthrift statutes (§§14-10504 and 10505), an update on pending legislation and cases, and more.
