Trust & Estates Associate – Naples

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in estate planning and drafting for clients with taxable estates, including multi-generational wealth transfer using GST-exempt trusts, GRATs, SLATs, IDGTs, and other complex instruments.

• Client Management: Proven track record of direct client management responsibilities.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in post-mortem administration and tax return preparation/review (Forms 706, 709, and 1041).

• Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.

• Credentials: Must be a member of the Florida Bar.
