2021 Information for Sponsors

Meetings Statement 

The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel considers the health and safety of our Fellows, spouses and guests, sponsors, and staff first. International, national, and local governments continue to release recommendations, requirements, and restrictions around what events should and should not be hosted. We are monitoring a variety of sources for the latest updates. As more is learned, ACTEC will share information and make decisions whether a particular meeting should occur in light of the information available.

Virtual 2021 Annual Meeting: March 1-12, 2021

The ACTEC 2021 Annual Meeting will be held virtually. The decision was based on continued travel concerns and restrictions and strong international, national, state and local government advisories and admonitions against large group gatherings. The meeting is scheduled the weeks of March 1 and March 8. Committee meetings will be March 1-5, with the Annual Business Meeting of the College on March 2. Seminars/CLE sessions and the symposium will be March 8-12. The State Chairs/Elects Meeting, including the Orientation Meeting, and the Board of Regents Meeting will be held Friday, March 12. Committee Chairs, the Program Committee and staff are working on programs and a preliminary schedule that will be released in January.
