Accessibility at Meetings


ACTEC is committed to a welcoming and inclusive environment at the College’s meetings for all attendees and guests.  Please note:

  • If you are an attendee with a disability or require any logistical accommodations, please indicate so when registering for the meeting.
  • At the beginning of the online registration form, there is a section for “Food Allergies & Accessibility” and a section directly below it titled “Special Instructions” where additional information can be added.
  • Please note description of excursions and other tours in meeting materials will clearly indicate whether the location is fully accessible.
  • For national meetings, every effort is made to identify accessible friendly tours in the “Activity Level” note of the meeting brochure tour description.
