The Site is intended to be used only by individuals and entities that can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. As long as you comply with these Terms of Use, ACTEC grants you a limited and personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the Site.
ACTEC does not knowingly solicit data from minors under 18 and it does not knowingly market to children under 13 through the Site. ACTEC states that minors under 18 are among the individuals who would be unable to form a legally binding contract under applicable law and should not view this Site without the supervision of a parent or guardian able to enter into a legally binding contract.
